Attention Please: Portkey to Present at Web3 Festival in Hong Kong

From April 12 to April 15, Hong Kong Web3 Festival 2023, co-hosted by Wanxiang Blockchain Labs and HashKey Group and organized by W3ME, will take place at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).

Portkey, the first CA wallet from aelf’s ecosystem, is enlisted as one of the 16 projects and the only CA wallet project to present on Demo Day of the Web3 Festival scheduled on April 15, which will also be shown later on Portkey’s YouTube. In the morning of the same day, the CTO of Portkey, Steven Deng, will give a presentation about what Portkey is, what problems it solves, and what promises it can fulfill to migrate Web2 into Web3.

Since last year, Hong Kong has been repositioning itself as the future hub for digital assets and the Web3 economy. At the current phase, it is important to continuously complete and upgrade the infrastructure of Web3. As the entrance for users to get access to Web3 projects and assets, crypto wallet has long been deemed a crucial part of that infrastructure.

Despite the fact that there are different types of crypto wallets, it has started to become an industrial consensus that smart contract wallets, aka CA wallets, will be the next generation of crypto wallets.
