As part of our ongoing commitment to provide the best possible experience, we are announcing the planned discontinuation of Portkey V1 service, effective October 16, 2025. This transition allows us to focus resources on enhanced services and improved user experiences.
Important: Portkey V2 remains fully operational and will not be affected by this change. This announcement only applies to Portkey V1 users.
What You Need to Do:
1. Before October 16, 2025, please log into your Portkey V1 account
2. Transfer all tokens to Portkey V2 or withdraw to an external wallet
3. Export any necessary transaction history for your records
Our Commitment Regarding Locked ELF:
We understand that some users may have ELF tokens locked due to BP (Block Producer) voting commitments. We want to assure you that:
- If you have locked ELF that cannot be withdrawn before the service discontinuation
- Our team will fully compensate you for any locked ELF amounts
- No user will lose funds due to this transition
Timeline:
- October 16, 2025: Last day to access Portkey V1 and migrate tokens (UTC 00:00)
- October 18, 2025: Locked ELF compensation process begins
- Ongoing: Portkey V2 continues normal operations
