We know you have been waiting so long recently for Portkey’s next big update and community events, and here we are. Today we’re happy to introduce the “Portkey Pilots” Program.

Portkey Pilots

Portkey Pilots is a 4-month journey allowing users to experience web3 with Portkey, the first CA wallet in aelf’s ecosystem. This campaign covers a range of themes, each centered around specific features and testing areas of the product. We’re extending an invitation for users to participate in co-building the product.

From August to December, you can expect a series of product testing events, including basic functionality tests, specific feature tests like register account with phone number, on-off ramps, and so forth.

By joining us as “Portkey Pilots”, you’ll play a vital role in the Portkey growing community, with chances of winning remarkable rewards, and earn potential community benefits, which may include airdrops, lucky draw, etc. based on your contributions and engagement during the period.

The first event of the Program is Pilots “Embarking”, to welcome new Portkey Pilots onboard. By joining this two-week campaign, you’ll explore the basic functionalities of Portkey wallet, and learn more about what smart contract wallet is and what benefits it has.

12 simple product experiencing tasks will be released on Zealy platform. Users who complete each task within campaign period will earn corresponding xp points to be ranked on the leaderboard.

The top 50 participants on the leaderboard will be eligible for a lucky draw, with a total prize of $500. Ten lucky winners will be picked out to receive $50 ELF each. And this is just a beginning.

How to Participate:

1. Join Portkey Community on Zealy: Visit our Portkey Pilots Campaign page, connect with Discord to join the Portkey community.

2. Complete Sprint Quests: Complete various tasks in the Sprint Quest to earn experience points (XP). The more quests you finish, the more XP you will accumulate

3. Climb the Current Sprint Leaderboard: Your accumulated XP determines your position on the leaderboard. Aim high and secure a spot among the top 50 participants(with at least 100xp) to join the lucky draw to share $500 ELF!

The campaign will run from August 18, 2023, at 10:00 UTC to August 30, 2023, at 10:00 UTC.

Task Settings

12 tasks for experiencing basic functionalities include:

1. Download Portkey and register a Portkey Mainnet account

2. Add a Guardian

3. Remove a Guardian

4. Switch to Testnet

5. Switch back to Mainnet

6. Perform a social recovery to the account on a new device

7. Remove one login device

8. Complete a transfer to a friend’s Portkey wallet Mainnet Mainchain address

9. Complete a transfer from Portkey wallet Mainnet Mainchain address to a Sidechain address

10. Complete a transfer from Portkey wallet Mainnet Sidechain address to a Mainchain address

11. View a transfer record on AELF Explorer via Portkey “Discover”

12. Experience Discover section, visit “AELF MainChain Explorer” — “Governance” — “Proposal” and login by connecting your Portkey wallet”

The total points for all tasks are 400 points. Users will only receive points for completing the tasks explicitly mentioned in this article.

Rewards

Participants who rank in the Top 50(with at least 100xp) of the Current Sprint leaderboard will be eligible to enter the lucky draw, which will take place the day after the final leaderboard is revealed. 10 lucky winners will be selected to share $500 ELF (around 1700 ELF), and each winner will receive $50 worth of ELF sent to your Portkey wallet address.
